How to remove pesticides and chemicals from fruits and vegetables.
Pesticides are composed of herbicides, which kill weeds, fungicides, which kill fungi, and insecticides, which kill insects.
These substances are present in food, damaging our body, acting as carcinogens or hormone disruptors, affecting development and growth in children, causing infertility or neurotoxins, damaging the nervous system and brain.

Tips for cleaning fruits and vegetables:

A: Washing fruits and vegetables very well under running water is not totally effective, but it removes pesticide residues and eliminates most of the toxic substances.

B: Clean with a toothbrush, rubbing gently to remove dirt and residue.

C: Do not wash fruits and vegetables before storing them, as they can easily decompose because moisture is conducive to microorganisms and bacteria.

D: Always clean, just before consuming them, preferably with warm water.
